The complexity of some more major developments can require multi disciplinary approach to the development of land. We have established key links with architects, surveyors, structural engineers, highways consultants, ecologists and heritage consultants, to ensure that the most appropriate project team is assembled.
Once an application is lodged, our commitment to you continues through the application process. We provide a weekly update on the planning application and advice on how to respond to representations received. We can support and negotiate on your behalf through the life cycle of the planning application and can advise on the discharge of planning conditions.
