Replacement RNLI Station, Scarborough
The RNLI were replacing the size of boat which serves the Scarborough coastline so a new building was required. Key planning considerations here related to the visual impact, the effect of the proposal on the adjacent listed piers and the provision of a building which acted as a focal point along the sea front.
